ACT Fulfillment Inc. has been providing supply chain systems and services for 30 years. The company has implemented a warehouse management system, or WMS, from Softeon Inc.

From electric cars to trendy clothes, ACT Fulfillment said its services touch Americans’ lives every day. The Jarupa Valley, Calif.-based company chose Softeon’s WMS in a “pivotal move” to position itself for continued growth, according to CEO Bob Gjerde.

“Thirty years now for ACT, and no two years have been alike,” he stated. “We are proud to have partnered with Softeon to bring additional tools, processes, and controls to our team.”

“Simply put, the one true differentiator in our industry is service results delivered through the efforts of our people,” Gjerde said. “Softeon is a key element to our tool kit to ensure our team can today, and will tomorrow, exceed our customers’ expectations.”

ACT Fulfillment works with Spinnaker SCA

Spinnaker SCA guided ACT Fulfillment in its WMS selection process. The Publicis Sapient company claimed that it specializes in designing and building supply chain systems optimized for modern complexities.

The Denver-based consultancy said it “unlocks” people, processes, and technologies to accelerate digital business transformations. It worked with ACT Fulfillment to identify Softeon as the right provider to enhance its operations.

Spinnaker SCA also supported the design, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support. Its goal was to help the logistics provider achieve a seamless implementation and rapid time to value.

“We at ACT Fulfillment are committed to partnering with companies to receive, inspect, and ship their merchandise as if it were our own,” it said.

The company claimed that it is different from other logistics providers not only by prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction, but also through its business structure. ACT Fulfillment offers an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), empowering employees to take ownership of their roles and consistently deliver on their commitments.
