Cyngn Inc. last week launched the Cyngn Dealer Portal, an online resource hub created to support its growing dealer network. The Menlo Park, Calif.-based company said the portal provides easy access to a comprehensive suite of assets, including sales materials, detailed pricing information, and co-marketing resources.
The new tool will allow dealers to effectively present Cyngn’s autonomous solutions to their customers, increasing efficiency and facilitating faster sales cycles, claimed the company.
“In the last several months, several Motrec dealers have begun to sell DriveMod Tuggers throughout North and Central America,” stated Lior Tal, Cyngn’s CEO. “With the Dealer Portal, we are making it easier than ever for dealers to access the information they need to confidently introduce our autonomous solutions to their customers. We see this as a key step in accelerating the adoption of our technology across various sectors.”
Founded in 2013, Cyngn develops and deploys autonomous vehicle technology for industries such as automotive, manufacturing, and logistics. Its DriveMod technology is currently available on Motrec MT160 Tuggers and BYD Forklifts.
The DriveMod Tugger can haul up to 12,000 lb. (5,443 kg) indoors or outdoors and targets a typical payback period of less than two years years. Cyngn added that its DriveMod Forklift lifts heavy loads that use non-standard pallets and is currently available to select customers.
The automated forklift‘s ability to navigate indoors or outdoors earned the company a 2025 RBR50 Robotics Innovation Award.
Benefits of the new Dealer Portal
Cyngn said the Dealer Portal will allow it to continue delivering on its core competency of using technology to introduce innovative, value-generating solutions to an established industry. Through it, partners can access information that will help them stay up-to-date with product offerings, pricing models, and marketing initiatives through a simple web portal.
In addition to resources that simplify the sales process, the portal provides training materials and technical documentation. These will support dealers as they engage new customers and pursue opportunities in industrial autonomy, said the company.
With the launch of the Dealer Portal, Cyngn said it builds on the momentum of its Dealer Network. The network includes partnerships with prominent dealers and service providers in the industrial vehicle sector. Cyngn encourages dealers who are not yet part of its network to explore the benefits of joining.

Cyngn keeps growing patent portfolio
Last week, Cyngn announced it had been granted a notice of allowance for a new patent. The patent for “Modular Sensor System For Automated Guided Vehicles,” introduces a modular sensor system that is configured to be coupled to existing industrial machines while making few, if any, modifications to the industrial machine.
The company said the significance of this patent lies in the modular system’s adjustability, enabling it to be used with different industrial machines having varied geometries and/or operational constraints.
Cyngn has worked in recent years to grow its intellectual property. Its latest patents bring its total to 22, including the introduction of a cloud-based computation method for autonomous driving that the company said can drastically reduce onboard hardware requirements.
