Warehouse operators are under competitive pressure to future-proof their supply chains for resilience and agility, and robots and optimization tools can help, said Körber Supply Chain Software. The company today announced a strategic partnership with Dexory in which it will integrate the DexoryView platform with its warehouse management systems, or WMS.

“Businesses in today’s market continue to look for ways to improve operational efficiencies through modern applications of automation technology and data driven applications,” said John Santagate, senior vice president of robotics at Körber Supply Chain Software.

“Through our partnership with Dexory, we are combining their data visibility and automation platform to enhance our industry-leading, supply chain execution solutions to bring real-time insights to the warehouse and enable our customers to create value out of data visibility.”

The partners said that their collaboration will enable “organizations to swiftly uncover and address issues in the warehouse while empowering real-time, data-driven decision-making. By combining two leading-edge platforms, Dexory and Körber Supply Chain Software are equipping supply chain operators with tools to optimize operations, boost resiliency, and enhance efficiency.”

DexoryView offers data for supply chain resilience

Introduced to the market in 2023, DexoryView combines autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), sensors, digital twins, and artificial intelligence. Dexory said its technology can understand, analyze, and help manage end-to-end warehouse operations.

The London-based company added that real-time insights can help “optimize the present, de-risk the future, and discover the intractable in each location and at every stage of the product journey through the warehouse and onto dispatch.” DexoryView can give customers the visibility needed to achieve 99.9% inventory accuracy, obtain actionable insights into goods movement, and optimize warehouses through data intelligence, it said.

“Partnering with Körber Supply Chain Software aligns perfectly with our vision to transform warehouse operations through innovation,” added Oana Jinga, co-founder and chief commercial and product officer of Dexory. “Following a year of remarkable milestones, including our expansion into North America, this partnership marks a significant step in our growth. Together, we are poised to deliver exceptional value and success to our global customers.”

After raising $80 million in October, Dexory last week opened new U.S. headquarters in Nashville, Tenn., and named Kristen Shannon as chief operating officer.

Körber and Dexory to serve customers worldwide

Körber Supply Chain Software said its order, warehouse, and transportation management systems have long provided businesses with control over the flow of goods, from origin to fulfillment. It claimed that its WMS and supply chain execution software can adapt and scale to customers’ requirements.

The company, which has offices in Minneapolis and Bad Nauheim, Germany, said its collaboration with Dexory will deliver insights and accuracy to customers worldwide.

Körber Supply Chain Software GmbH is a joint venture of global technology provider Körber AG and KKR, a leading global investment firm that offers alternative asset management, capital markets and insurance solutions. In October, it completed its acquisition of MercuryGate International Inc., a provider of transportation management systems (TMS).
