Futureshirts, an entertainment merchandising company, last week announced it partnered with inVia Robotics to modernize its operations and meet rising customer demands.
Nashville-based Futureshirts said it has built its reputation on enhancing client experience and embracing innovation. As demand grew, the company faced the challenge of implementing a comprehensive solution to optimize every aspect of its fulfillment process, from managing inventory and improving order fulfillment to enhancing labor management.
To address these needs, Futureshirts deployed inVia Robotics’ warehouse automation software, which uses decision intelligence, dynamic scheduling, and data visualizations to create the next generation of warehouses.

inVia synchronizes fulfillment tasks
inVia’s software included artificial intelligence that synchronizes all fulfillment tasks. The company implemented the inVia Logic intelligent automation platform, which makes more than 1 million decisions each day. It can orchestrate all of the resources in the facility, telling them what to do, when to do it, and where inventory should be located, said inVia.
By coordinating workflows across picking, replenishment, and inventory management, inVia Logic can ensure that every aspect of warehouse operations works in sync, the company claimed.
In addition, the inVia Logic Replenishment module can dynamically trigger replenishment based on order volume and threshold values, so inventory is always available where and when it was needed, explained inVia.
Implementing this module allowed Futureshirts to reduce restocking time from days to hours. It also provided real-time synchronization between the e-commerce front-end platform and warehouse inventory, enabling faster and more accurate order processing.
On the warehouse floor, the inVia PickMate productivity tool transformed the onboarding process with its intuitive interface and step-by-step guidance for pickers. Employees quickly adapted to the wearable system, reducing training time from two weeks to just one hour.

After deploying inVia Robotics’ technology, Futureshirts reportedly achieved:
- 500% productivity increase through optimized workflows and efficient route planning
- 350% increase in order-processing rates, ensuring faster throughput to meet growing customer demands
- 99% decrease in picking errors, resulting in higher order accuracy and enhanced customer satisfaction
- Replenishment times reduced from days to hours, enabling quicker inventory turnaround
- Onboarding time cut from weeks to less than an hour, allowing new team members to contribute almost immediately
inVia asserted that its holistic system provides Futureshirts intelligent optimization and orchestration across its fulfillment workflows, delivering faster, more accurate service with scalability and efficiency.
Futureshirts also gained real-time visibility into its warehouse performance through inVia’s advanced dashboards and reports. These tools provided actionable insights into labor productivity, daily fulfillment progress, and inventory control, said the company.
With 3D modeling capabilities, Futureshirts optimized inventory placement and pick zones, making items easier to access and further improving workflow efficiency. This data-driven approach minimized disruptions and ensured a seamless flow of inventory throughout the warehouse, said Westlake Village, Calif.-based inVia.
