Hy-Tek Intralogistics today announced a strategic partnership with Avantiico, a Microsoft Business Application Partner specializing in billing automation for third-party logistics providers, or 3PLs.
This collaboration combines Hy-Tek’s IntraOne software with Avantiico’s 3PL billing automation system built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain platform.
“By collaborating with Hy-Tek, 3PL providers can accelerate and reap the value of WMS [warehouse management system]-agnostic 3PL Automation Cloud with the tools they need to thrive in today’s demanding supply chain,” said Robeir Hanna, Avantiico head of productization. “This partnership marks a new standard for warehouse robotics, financial system automation, and streamlined supply chain management.”
Hy-Tek IntraOne integrates with Avantiico software
Hy-Tek Intralogistics claimed that IntraOne can improve operational efficiency. The warehouse and distribution technology provider said it does this through a 93% reduction in errors, lower labor costs, improved customer satisfaction, and accelerated order fulfillment.
With its specialized focus on automation and robotics, IntraOne can help modernize and optimize warehouse operations, asserted Hy-Tek.
The system now combines Avantiico‘s 3PL billing automation expertise and Hy-Tek’s advanced IntraOne platform to address both operational and financial challenges. The 3PL Automation Cloud can manage contracts, reduce billing cycles, optimize cash flow, and enhance profitability through automation, the companies said.
Hy-Tek said IntraOne is known for its WMS, warehouse control system (WCS), warehouse execution system (WES), and transportation management system (TMS).
The company has been building its relationships with Microsoft providers. In December, it partnered with Forvis Mazars LLP, a provider of Microsoft software. That collaboration brings together the IntraOne platform with Forvis Mazars’ enterprise resource planning (ERP) experience.
Partners promise insights
Hy-Tek and Avantiico said that together, their systems will empower businesses to eliminate costly system overhauls, gain real-time operational insights, and achieve greater financial transparency.
They said their joint offering would benefit high-growth industries that provide value-added services, such as business-to-consumer (B2C) retail, packaged goods, e-commerce, cosmetics, food and beverage, automotive, manufacturing, and healthcare.
Avantiico and Hy-Tek highlighted potential benefits of their partnership, including:
- Advanced automation and robotics: Hy-Tek said its updated IntraOne Software can streamline warehouse operations, increase efficiency, and minimize manual labor.
- Easy 3PL billing: With the new collaboration, users can automate end-to-end billing processes, from contract management to invoicing, said the partners
- Improved financial reporting: Businesses can use real-time data for precise financial reporting, faster month-end closures, and reduced invoice cycles and days sales outstanding (DSO).
- Scalable systems across industries: Now, the system allows users to deploy flexible and scalable tools that adapt to the needs of sectors like food and beverage, construction, and electronics.
- Operational excellence: Users can process millions of billable activities daily with high accuracy and minimal manual intervention, boosting productivity and reducing costs, the partners said.
“This partnership underscores the Hy-Tek commitment to delivering cutting-edge automation and robotics solutions through IntraOne Software while integrating Avantiico’s expertise in 3PL billing and accounting automation,” said Kyle McNerney, vice president of software at Hy-Tek Intralogistics. “Together, we are enabling businesses to achieve unparalleled efficiency and profitability across their operations.”
