Jacobi Robotics and Unlimited Electro Group have introduced the UJ Palletizer F55 and launching Palletize.AI, a next-generation palletizing system.

The system uses artificial intelligence invented by Jacobi with an ABB robot and a standard workcell developed by Unlimited Electro.

Palletize.AI promises a fast ROI

The industrial robot at the heart of the palletizing system can handle payloads up to 55 kg (121 lb.) at 12 cycles per minute, complete with multi-pick capabilities. The workcell guarding is included in the price.

The system can be moved around a facility with a forklift, making it adaptable to evolving production needs without costly reinstallation or decommissioning fees. said Jacobi Robotics. It has a base price of $99,995.

Jacobi Robotics boasted that Palletize.ai has a one-year return on investment (ROI), promising to pay for itself through increased profitability and efficiency. The software’s intuitive DIY interface requires no traditional robot programming and allows users to update pallet configuration in-house within minutes

This minimizes downtime and maximizing production flow, said the Emeryville, Calif.-based company.

UJ Palletizer brings experience

The UJ Palletizer is built by Unlimited Electro, an established automation provider with more than 30 years of history in custom products. The system comes standard with a one-year warranty, with extended warranty options of up to three years on the robot.

The companies exhibited the UJ Palletizer at ATX West this week in Anaheim, Calif.
