Körber Supply Chain Software, a joint venture between Körber AG and KKR, last week introduced its new company brand, Infios. The robotics integrator said Infios “is built on the belief that supply chains should be agile, intelligent, and constantly evolving to meet the demands of a changing world.”
“Supply chains are the backbone of modern business and global progress,” stated Ed Auriemma, CEO of Infios. “And when they work better—simpler, faster, smarter—businesses thrive, people benefit, and communities become stronger.”
“We believe that the future is better when supply chains work better,” he added. “Our goal at Infios is to work alongside our customers to provide solutions that meet today’s challenges while thinking ahead to solve tomorrow’s problems.”
Konstanz, Germany-based Körber has more than 13,000 employees at over 100 locations worldwide. The company develops adaptive, scalable, end-to-end supply chain systems.
In October, Körber’s Business Area Supply Chain opened an Innovation Center in Dallas. The center showcases a full-scale, end-to-end setup of that unit’s advanced parcel and postal sortation equipment.
Infios aims to bring flexibility to businesses of all sizes
Infios said it integrates order management, warehousing and fulfillment, and transportation management into a comprehensive software suite. The company aims to equip businesses with the tools they need to navigate today’s complex supply chain landscape.
In addition, Infios said it provides data, predictive analytics, and AI-driven insights to help businesses anticipate challenges and opportunities before they arise. Its portfolio currently includes order management systems and warehouse management systems (WMS), while Körber continues to integrate autonomous mobile robots (AMRs).
Infios said it will evolve with its customers to provide scalable, adaptable systems. By using advanced technologies and a deep understanding of customer needs, the company asserted that it can help drive efficiency, lower costs, and empower businesses to succeed in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
Last month, Körber Supply Chain Software joined Zero100, a membership-based company connecting and informing supply chain leaders about progress on digital transformation. Infios said it will use Zero100’s expertise to integrate sustainability practices and digital tools into its offerings.

Körber customers to get continued support
Infios serves more than 5,000 customers across 70 countries. Its customers will continue to have full access to Körber’s comprehensive range of turnkey solutions and supply chain technology, especially end-to-end integration, automation, and logistics systems, as well as software consulting.
The close partnership between Körber and Infios remains unchanged, the companies said.
In addition to Infios, Körber has been working to add more brands to its portfolio. In August 2024, it acquired MercuryGate International Inc., a software provider for smart transportation technology.
MercuryGate’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and connected technologies to automate transportation management functions. Infios will exhibit at Booth S1256 at ProMAT in Chicago next week.
