Motion Controls Robotics Inc., or MCRI, today launched a new online proposal portal for its BA Palletizer. The Fremont, Ohio-based company said the portal will make it faster and easier for manufacturers to receive system information, pricing, and lead times for its robotic systems.

“Our goal is to make automation easy to understand and quick to implement,” stated Scott Lang, president and CEO of Motion Controls Robotics. “The new proposal portal gives manufacturers the information they need to move forward, and the financing options make it possible to do so without straining their budget.”

“The BA Palletizer is redefining end-of-line automation for manufacturers who want consistent 24/7 throughput, safer operations, and faster ROI [return on investment],” asserted MCRI.

BA Palletizer to provide fast, accurate quotes

Motion Controls Robotics claimed that its instant BA Palletizer quote system will lead to faster decisions and installs.

Using the FANUC CRX-30iA collaborative robot, the system has a compact, portable design that can be installed in days, it said. MCRI’s system comes with a no-code interface to enable operators to adjust pallet patterns on the fly.

With the new online proposal form, customers can request a custom quote in minutes by entering their project details and production needs. The proposal includes system configuration, pricing, and delivery information. This streamlined process eliminates lengthy back-and-forth and speeds up decision-making, MCRI said.

In addition, to make the BA Palletizer even more accessible, the company offers flexible financing options through First American Equipment Finance. Customers can choose to purchase or lease while still taking advantage of Section 179 tax deductions, potentially saving more in taxes than their first year’s payments, it said.

Motion Controls Robotics has plans for expansion

Motion Controls Robotics has been implementing robotic automation since 1995, is a certified servicing integrator for FANUC America, and is a certified integrator by the Association for Advancing Automation (A3). The company designs and builds turnkey end-of-line applications, fulfillment systems, and general material handling automation.

In October 2024, MCRI secured funding from Signature Bank NA to pursue strategic acquisitions.

With this funding, MCRI is actively pursuing acquisition opportunities with companies in the Eastern U.S., particularly around the Philadelphia and Charlotte, N.C., areas. These companies specialize in packaging, custom machine building, or controls engineering, and have revenues up to $10 million.

MCRI said its goal is to integrate complementary expertise, broaden its service offerings, and create added value for customers looking to enhance their production efficiency.
