Raymond said visitors to Booths S1703 and S1903 at McCormick Place in Chicago will be able to see firsthand how its advancements can optimize warehouse efficiency, boost productivity, and improve security. The Greene, N.Y.-based provider of forklifts, warehouse products, and software said its representatives will explain how its latest automation can maximize uptime, reduce facility footprints, and more.
In addition, they will explain how businesses can prepare for emerging innovations in materials handling. Raymond also said its intelligent warehouse systems can support operations and address power inefficiencies.
Raymond to discuss lift trucks, automation
The Raymond Corp. plans to show its connected smart lift trucks at ProMAT 2025. The new iWAREHOUSE ObjectSense Detection & Notification System can alert operators about obstructions. It offers controlled slow-down and stopping functions for material handling safety.
The company will also provide experts to explain how its trucks can improve supply chain and distribution uptime. They include the Pick2Pallet LED Light System, a put-to-light system designed to reduce picking errors and improve batch-picking applications.
Raymond’s latest automation technology includes the Radioshuttle storage system and Raymond Swing-Reach turret trucks. They are designed to help maximize warehouse space without expanding facility footprints, while the ML2 mini-load autonomous vehicle (AV) offers maneuverability in tight spaces.

Raymond claimed that its energy solutions include advances in lithium-ion and electric forklift fleets. It said its comprehensive facility power studies for internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric lift trucks can help maximize material handling efficiency and achieve sustainability goals.
The unit of Toyota Material Handling said its iWAREHOUSE system features award-winning telematics advancements, real-time forklift fleet monitoring, and potentially valuable data. It will show how experts are thinking about using intelligent operations strategies to build a more optimized supply chain and distribution landscape.Â
Raymond also plans to explain how its forklift operator training, plus service and maintenance offerings, can deliver customer excellence and meet evolving industry needs.
Every hour on the hour, from March 17 to 19, Raymond will show its systems in action from a warehouse facility. The moderated demonstrations will give attendees an opportunity to ask questions, speak with experts, and see the company’s differentiators.
