SnapFulFil Launches SnapCart at MODEX 2020

March 9, 2020

SnapFulFil launched their new SnapCart at MODEX 2020 this week. This new product is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) with multiple shelves designed to assist warehouse associates as they pick orders for goods to person operations. The AMR extends SnapFulFil’s capabilities beyond the Warehouse Management Software (WMS) realm and transitions SnapFulFil in to a robotics vendor. SnapFulFil has a large, established client base for their WMS solutions.

Specifically designed to support multi-order picking routines in the modern e-commerce warehouse environment, SnapCart costs less than a third of other robotic solutions. Using cart-mounted pick to light technology, it can carry up to 48 totes and delivers significant improvements in picking efficiency and accuracy.

The SnapCart includes onboard intelligence enabling the vehicle to operate collaboratively with warehouse associates. It can safely and freely navigate the warehouse environment avoiding obstacles as it completes its goods to person delivery of order components.

SnapCart integrates seamlessly with the SnapFulfil warehouse management system to ensure pickers can quickly and easily identify the right product for the right tote, driving improved efficiency and order accuracy.
