Zion Solutions Group said the partnership will combine its supply chain integration expertise with Locus Robotics’ AI-driven robotics. The companies said they will take a unified approach to today’s logistics challenges, offering clients robust, affordable, and intuitive automation. The robots will enhance productivity, reduce costs, and scale effortlessly, they said.

“The Locus Global Alliance Network thrives on collaboration with leaders like Zion Solutions Group to push the boundaries of what’s possible in supply chain management,” said Steve Simmerman, head of global alliances at Locus Robotics.

“Our combined efforts will ensure clients benefit from a comprehensive, end-to-end solution that is not just easy to integrate, but is also designed for maximum productivity gains from the outset,” he added. “We couldn’t be more excited about partnering with a System Integrator with Zion’s reputation for solving problems in the industry.”

Zion said its partnership with Locus shows their shared commitment to “delivering field-proven results and addressing the dynamic needs of the robotic market.” The collaborators said they will provide warehouse operators with:

Locus Robotics said its multi-bot solution incorporates autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) that collaborate with human workers to improve piece‐handling, case-handling, and pallet-moving productivity. The Wilmington, Mass.-based company said its system easily integrate into new and existing warehouse infrastructures without disrupting workflows.

Locus’ headquarters for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) are in Amsterdam, and its Asia-Pacific (APAC) office is in Singapore. The company won a 2024 RBR50 Robotics Innovation Award for assisting more than 2 billion picks for customers.

In April, it surpassed 3 billion picks. DHL Supply Chain recently passed 500 million picks assisted by Locus AMRs.
